Ignite Projects has been successful in securing the government tender to deliver a landmark development at the southern gateway to The Spit.
This project represents years of meticulous design, planning and collaboration and were honoured to finally bring our vision to life.
At its heart will be 27 once-in-a-lifetime residences, an 18-berth marina, Beautifull landscaped parklands and a signature waterfront restaurant – designed to reconnect the shoreline with the community.
Designed by Contreras Earl Architecture and inspired by the organic form of an oyster shell – a timeless symbol of The Spit’s heritage – this project celebrates the area’s rich history while shaping its next chapter.
