Josh has in-depth involvement in every aspect of Ignite’s residential developments from concept to completion. Named as one of the Gold Coast’s most influential developers of 2021, he takes an unashamedly hands-on approach with every project.
Josh spearheads Ignite’s innovative design process and is responsible for establishing our unique balance of functionality and aesthetics that we’ve become so renowned for. His impressive expertise encompasses project planning and feasibility, acquisition, construction and finance.
Closely involved with every buyer, Josh builds positive client relationships that continue far beyond the purchase phase.

Rikki heads up Ignite Project’s marketing and branding. She has been a major contributor to our overarching brand presence since our inception and now focuses on creating and developing the brand experience for each project.
Rikki has a proven ability to achieve memorable marketing campaigns that accurately reflect the uniqueness of each residential development. A strategic thinker, she is passionate about telling the story behind our projects and connecting with the specific audience in a meaningful way.
