Grab a sneak peak at Cabana

Buyers can sip mocktails and contemplate what life might be like at the launch of this beachside development with a Caribbean feel.

It's not only the free tropical mocktails and gelato that buyers are lining up for at Cabana, Palm Beach's newest beachside development.

They are lining up to get a first glimpse of the nine-level apartment block, which has 34 three-bedroom apartments and an exclusive Caribbean resort-style pool with cabanas and a recreation area for residents.

The Ignite Projects development launches to the market with prices starting from $1.99 million.

Andrew Erwin of NPA Projects said: "I wouldn't be surprised if most apartments are sold by early in the new year with the level of pent-up demand we are seeing. Cabana is truly unique to the market, with its beachfront 'backyard', sunken in-pool loungers surrounded by cotton draped cabanas and beachfront palm trees, it just sets the scene."

Ignite Projects managing director Josh Foote said there were eight floor plans to choose from, all with large balconies and internal layouts maximising ocean locations and coastal views.
