The Sandstone Point community is about to see a major transformation with the multi-million-dollar upgrade of the newly renamed Sandstone Point Marina. Designed to improve access and functionality for the local commercial fishing industry, the redevelopment promises to deliver both economic and lifestyle benefits to the region.

Supporting Local Commercial Fishing

A key feature of the marina upgrade is its focus on meeting the needs of local commercial fishers. The revamped facilities will include additional berths for small vessels, upgraded marine repair services, and an enhanced boat ramp to support launching trailer boats.
